Since its establishment in 1997, Baoruifeng has been committed to providing manufacturing services for precision hardware components, covering lathe machining, CNC machining, metal stamping parts, etc. After more than 20 years of continuous improvement in quality, technology and service, the products have been recognized and used by many global top 500 companies.

At present, the company has nearly 300 imported automatic lathes, CNC lathes, centerless grinding machines and other equipment. The precision hardware parts produced are widely used in mobile phones, communications, medical equipment, household appliances, automobiles and precision instruments. We establish and maintain an approval process for products and manufacturing that meet customer specified requirements. We have a professional design team and always have a result-oriented design concept, which can fully reflect the design needs of customers, so as to be close to the market and occupy the terminal. We can accurately identify the special characteristics of products, continuously improve and maintain APQP and quality process, and improve ourselves in the continuous optimization process.
We have a sound quality assurance system and measurement system, implement the automotive industry QMS standard requirements, focus on customer focus, enhance customer satisfaction through process improvement, and are the first in the industry to pass IATF16949 certification. In order to better ensure product quality, the company has introduced internationally advanced CCD optical screening equipment and used it as a key post in the full inspection section of shipments. It uses the optical principle to conduct 100% inspection on the shape, size and function of all precision components, and the inspection accuracy reaches 0.008mm, which is the best choice for you to achieve "zero defect" products.
